Three sisters

Budapest Dance Theatre (HU): Three Sisters

/April 11, 2023 19:00 /

Locked within our desires….

One fate or three different paths in life? A character’s daydreaming or the escape of a soul yearning to be free from the realities of everyday life?

Our dreams, our hopes, which, in the absence of action and the desire to act, turn into faded thoughts that return, thus depriving ourselves of the possibility of recognizing and experiencing the happiness inherent in the present. The thoughts we create ourselves, which are deeply imbued with self-pity, descend into a resigned indifference.

Performed by the dancers of the Budapest Dance Theatre
